General terms for using Octafusion’s website, services and digital products.

Services & Product Categories

Welcome to Octafusion Solutions LLP. By using our website or purchasing our services or digital products, you agree to these Terms & Conditions, subject to mandatory applicable rights and the terms accepted for your purchase. Product-specific terms take priority over conflicting general provisions.

  • SaaS applications and hosted software, including OctaTextStudio.
  • AI prompt packs.
  • Downloadable digital products, including PDFs, ZIP files, scripts, guides and training files.
  • Templates and design resources.
  • Custom development and consulting services, including website, software, app, AI, automation, design and marketing work.

Delivery and access follow the purchased offer. Downloads may be available immediately where advertised; development, onboarding and scheduled services follow the agreed timetable. Custom service deliverables and usage rights follow the agreed project scope.

The $49 landing-page service includes one single-page static website for any industry and one contact or enquiry form. E-commerce and dynamic functionality are excluded. See the service page and your agreed brief for the full scope.

AI Prompt Packs & Digital Downloads — License

Purchasers receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased prompt pack or digital resource for its permitted purposes, subject to any expressly disclosed resource-specific or third-party license terms.

Permitted uses

  • Personal and internal business projects.
  • Commercial websites and landing pages.
  • Client website and design projects, including thumbnails, videos, graphics and ads.
  • Commercial use of generated outputs, subject to third-party intellectual-property rights and applicable AI provider terms.

Uses requiring explicit permission

  • Reselling the original prompts or sharing or redistributing prompt files.
  • Publishing the complete prompt collection, including in public or private groups.
  • Bundling prompts in another paid or free prompt pack.
  • Selling minimally modified or repackaged copies of the collection.
  • Sharing download access with unauthorized users.
  • Claiming ownership of Octafusion’s original prompt collection.

These restrictions concern the original source materials. They do not generally prohibit selling completed websites, designs or other permitted outputs you create. They do not give Octafusion exclusive ownership of all AI-generated outputs.

SaaS Software Access & Licensing

OctaTextStudio and future hosted software provide access for the period advertised in the specific purchased offer. A one-time payment does not automatically mean lifetime access. Features, usage limits and account licenses follow that offer.

Comply with account and license restrictions. Sharing, reselling or abusing account access, fraud, unlawful use or bypassing access controls may lead to proportionate restrictions or suspension. Any action must respect existing contractual commitments and applicable law; contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.

Products may receive bug fixes, improvements, maintenance, feature changes or platform migrations. Unlimited future feature upgrades are included only if expressly promised. Material changes affecting paid access must respect existing contractual commitments and applicable law. Approved refunds may revoke the associated license or account entitlement.

AI Services & Third-Party Tools

Some products work with third-party AI platforms such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google and other providers. Third-party subscriptions and API costs are not included unless expressly advertised. Customers must follow the applicable provider terms.

AI outputs may contain mistakes; models and capabilities may change. Results vary by model, tool, prompt interpretation and user modifications. Octafusion cannot guarantee identical results across every AI model or guaranteed commercial results. Review outputs before commercial or production deployment.

Payments & Checkout Platforms

Available checkout channels may include WarriorPlus and JVZoo sales marketplaces, Digistore24 as merchant of record for applicable offers, and direct purchases using PayPal or Razorpay payment processors. The channels available for a particular offer are those shown at its checkout; these roles and procedures are distinct.

Prices, taxes, billing cycles, delivery and access duration follow the checkout terms accepted by the buyer. Payments are handled by the applicable checkout provider or processor.

Refund Policy

See our Refund Policy. Mandatory legal rights take priority, followed by applicable purchase-specific refund promises and checkout terms, including merchant-of-record terms, then product-specific provisions, then general conditions. Product-specific promises and applicable marketplace terms override conflicting general refund restrictions.

OctaTextStudio includes a 14-day full refund period from purchase, including after use. The 101 Premium Landing Page Prompts offer purchased through Digistore24 carries its advertised 60-day refund period. Follow the applicable purchase channel’s required procedure.

Intellectual Property & Acceptable Use

Octafusion retains its rights in its original products, software and source materials. You retain the rights you hold in your own materials. AI-generated outputs and third-party content are subject to applicable law and provider or asset licenses; we do not claim exclusive ownership of all generated outputs.

Do not redistribute protected source materials without permission, infringe others’ rights, misuse our branding, disrupt services or use products unlawfully. Ordinary permitted use of commissioned websites and generated outputs is governed by the relevant license or project agreement. Breaches may lead to proportionate access restrictions or legal action where appropriate, subject to contractual commitments and applicable law.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, products are provided “as is” without additional warranties beyond express purchase commitments. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Octafusion excludes liability for loss of income, decreased video performance, changes to AI models, third-party platform issues and product misuse. These limitations do not exclude mandatory consumer remedies, liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or our express contractual obligations.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This framework does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or applicable jurisdictional protections, including any right to bring a claim in another forum where required by applicable law.

Product-Specific Terms

101 Premium Landing Page Prompts

The buyer receives 101 structured AI prompts, downloadable digital files in the advertised format and permission to use the prompts in eligible personal, business and client projects under the license above.

This product does not include hosted websites, a guaranteed finished website, AI API credits, subscriptions to Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or Cursor, guaranteed commercial results or unlimited custom development support.

Output quality varies by model, tool, prompt interpretation and user modifications. You are responsible for reviewing generated code, security, licensing, accessibility and functionality before production use.

OctaTextStudio — Online Studio Terms

These product-specific terms apply to OctaTextStudio, operated by Octafusion Solutions LLP. They take priority over conflicting general product terms for this service. The features and licence included with your purchase are those stated in the offer you purchase.

Purchased access period and future offers

Your access period is the period advertised in the specific offer you purchased. Existing offers that expressly include three years of access provide that period from the purchase date for a one-time payment. Pricing and access periods may differ for future purchases; changes do not shorten an existing purchased entitlement.

A one-time payment does not automatically mean lifetime access. The refund and account-use provisions below continue to apply. Nothing in these terms limits applicable consumer rights.

Your account and permitted use

Use accurate account details, keep your password confidential and contact support@octafusion.in if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not share or resell account access, bypass access controls, disrupt the service, or use it for unlawful activity or infringement of another person’s rights.

You may use the studio to create and export designs within the licence included with your purchase. Commercial or client-work rights apply only to the extent included in that licence. Permission to use exported designs does not grant permission to resell, redistribute or claim ownership of the OctaTextStudio software, source code or asset library.

Your content and third-party assets

You retain the rights you hold in the text, images and other content you provide. You permit us to process and store that content as needed to render your designs, save projects you choose to save, and provide the service and requested support. You are responsible for having the rights to use and share your content.

Fonts, icons, logos, characters and other third-party assets remain subject to their owners’ rights and applicable licences. Availability in the editor does not grant trademark rights, imply endorsement, or guarantee permission for every commercial use. Check the rights needed for your intended use before publishing or selling a design.

Saving and service access

Drafts saved on your device and projects saved to your account are different. Local drafts may be lost if browser data is cleared. Keep downloaded project files and exports as backups of important work. The Privacy Policy explains local storage, server processing and account storage.

Using the online studio requires an internet connection and authorised account access. Maintenance or technical issues may interrupt availability. We may proportionately restrict access for misuse, security concerns or an invalid payment while the issue is reviewed, respecting paid-access commitments and applicable law. Raising a payment dispute alone does not remove your rights. Contact support if you believe access was restricted incorrectly. These provisions do not limit applicable consumer rights.

14-day refunds and access afterwards

OctaTextStudio includes a 14-day full refund period from the date of purchase, including after accessing or using the product, as explained in the OctaTextStudio Refund Policy. Email support with your purchase email and marketplace receipt or transaction number to request a refund.

Access associated with a refunded purchase is withdrawn once the refund is processed. If you no longer have another valid entitlement, you will no longer be able to use the studio or open account-saved projects through it. A refund does not automatically erase stored records or remove files already downloaded to your device. You may contact support about your stored data, subject to applicable retention obligations.
